Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 24, 2025

TAKE NOTICE that an Annual and Special General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Members of
Riverbend Community League (“RCL”) will be held at the Riverbend Community League Hall,
258 Rhatigan Road East NW, Edmonton, Alberta, at 7:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

1. Receiving and considering the audited financial statements of RCL for the period ended
August 31, 2025, and the report of the auditors on the financial statements;

2. To elect the Officers in accordance with the terms of Section 4.5(a) of the Bylaws of RCL;

3. To approve the budget of the League for the 2026 fiscal year; and

4. To consider a Special Resolution to amend the Bylaws of RCL as follows:

1. By adding after the phrase “Any Member”, at the beginning of each of Sections
3.3(c) and 3.3(d), the phrase: “, other than an Associate Member,”;

2. By deleting the period at the end of Section 3.3(d) and adding there:

“and will not be used or disclosed in connection with any commercial
activity. Information so disclosed: will be kept securely to prevent
unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including by or to any third party
not expressly authorized by the League; must be disposed of when no
longer required for the permitted use; and must otherwise be dealt with in
accordance with the terms of any privacy policy from time to time adopted
by the League.”

3. By renumbering Sections 3.8(a), (b) and (c) as Sections 3.8(b), (c) and (d),
respectively, and adding the following as new Section 3.8(a):

“(a) Associate Members shall not be entitled to vote;”
