Join us at the Pure Casino Yellowhead (12464 153 Street) this November 11 and 12! A few hours of volunteer time can have a HUGE impact in our community.
No experience is necessary. Training, as well as a free meal during your shift, is provided. Plus, you get to meet other wonderful people in our community!
Casino Funds Support…
If you use the skating rinks in our community, the casino dollars have gone towards:
- Brookside Ice rink contracts and honorariums
- General repairs around the halls and rinks
- New broom and supplies for the rinks
- LED lighting and rink lighting upgrades
We have also used casino dollars for:
- Furnace room remediation at Riverbend Community Centre
- Security system at Riverbend Community Centre
- Contract worker fees (including janitorial)
- Solar panel installation at Brookside Hall
